At Engwe Official, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your electric bike, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, with original packaging and less than 10 miles on the odometer.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the bike's current condition and mileage.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return warehouse address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the e-bike in its original box with all tools, chargers, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
