How long does shipping take for my Engwe e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping via our local warehouses usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Do Engwe e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Engwe electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Are Engwe bikes waterproof?
Our bikes have an IP54 water-resistant rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure washers.

Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Engwe bikes arrive 85-90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the toolkit provided in the box.
